Checked the cider about 11:00AM and it had warmed up considerably. I went ahead and added 2.5 tsp of pectic enzyme and 5 tsp of yeast nutrient. I intended to add the yeast shortly but spent the day at in-laws. Made it home around 4PM and added 1 pkt of Nottingham yeast.
